I already have Start11 and Fences6 and their respective license approaches are different. Start11 comes with a lifetime licence, but Fences6 needs to be renewed every year. That's why I'm asking. I get that AltTabby is like Start11. Why don't they make this clearer?

Hi, I'm having problem resizing the taskbar. In fact, I cannot resize it (make it 2 or 3 rows). My right-click menu item "Lock the taskbar" is greyed out and when I hover near the upper edge of the taskbar, the mouse does not change. Option "let Start11 enhace the taskbar" is enabled .
