This is my new idea on saving bandwidth/space for WC. Stop being a place for none Stardock products for downloads. No more downloads for kapsules/litestep/rainlendar/screensavers/screenshots/winamp/winmedia/firefox/etc.. Instead become a Stardock/WC hosting site only. It's obvious that the wincustomize subsciption goal isn't being met in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

So what happens now? It is October 13th. Just about half way through the month and not even 500 subscriptions have been taken up. So unless a big miracle happens it is very obvious that the goal of 2000 by Ocober 31st isn't going to happen. What is going to happen when that goal doesn't get met? Will Stardock and Wincustomize part ways and Stardock stop funding the site? Will WC shut down? Will WC become a subscriber only site? <b

My suggestion is to un-install sp2 entirely, I have looked thru the dumps and it looks like a corrupted sp2 install also. Once sp2 has been uninstalled and you are back to xp rtm then re-install sp2 and download all the latest hotfixes/security fixes. Also make sure to unistall OD before doing this and then re-install afterwards. EDIT: If you downloaded sp2, don't use the same download to re-install it. Go to the website and dow

I would advice you to start w/ one already made or at least one that works good and just replace the png file (background) with the one you made and play with settings (.ini) file till you get the effect desired. That is how I learned hope this helps... Wouldn't that be ripping then?

Logonstudio - completely lost with the uifile in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

I am creating my first ever logon and it is just about complete. It has turn out the way I want it except for one thing, the background image keeps geting scretched no matter what resolution the wallpaper is created at and no matter what resolution my monitor is set to. I am certain that it is no a problem with the wallpaper or my monitor but rather with some code in uifile. This there a 'Dummies guide to the uifile' out there?</

Creating September Desktop in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

I am creating my Setember desktop to use and display on various forums. I have it figured out except for the icons. The theme is Cadoo with the toolbar from pearlthane.
