Installing a new app (connection Explorer) does start, but is downloading incredibly slowly. 2.3Mbps in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

2.3Mbps is an incredibly slow download. And yes, I did check that my normal connection speed was working fine. (400Mbps) I don't expect download speeds at my actual connection speed. Even no where near. But 10-20Mbs seems like it would be reasonable. Especially since this is paid for software, so given that, I would expect a somewhat higher service level...

Trying to update an app (Start11 v2) stalls at download in the Object Desktop Interface in Object Desktop Stardock Forums

I'm trying to update Start11 v2. I click the Update button and it goes to say Downloading, but then nothing happens. Its just stalled on saying Downloading. Its been 10, 15, 30 mins now. And it also won't let me cancel the update. ie CLicking on the X does nothing

Well here is the interface that asks for my OBD serial number and email It very clearly says "Unlock all of your applications?" So yes, ODB does say that it is supposed to unlock all the applications.

Lets ignore other apps and their keys. That seems like its not supposed to be a function of ODM. My core issue is that logging into my account via Object Desktop does not then pull in my purchased key, to show ODM as being registered. And THEN there is no way to ENTER my existing key while I'm logged in to ODM. My only option I can find is to click purchase. This is either a bug, or a serious defect in the interface. I am already logged in. I logged in to my Stardock account on Object Desktop. I actually had to log OUT of my account on Object Desktop, then enter the serial number and email address in the pop up that came up when I started Object Desktop. Then it registered the serial number. Itr should have registered my license when I logged into my stardock account in Object Desktop. As for Object Desktop not managing licenses... Yes, that tick box is enabled. If I use the standard Windows start menu, then Recently Installed appears. Its just not in the Start 11 menu.

I'm using Start11 2.53 on Windows 10. Using any of the Start Menu styles, under "Configure menu>Advanced> Show Recently Added apps" is selected But the recently added apps do not appear in any of the style menus. They do appear in the standard Windows menu. I can't find any help docs indicating that I need to do something else to show the Recently Added apps.
