The workaround that I've found is whenever I witness a battle where someone attacks a planet (me or the AI), I immediately scroll so that the planet goes off the screen. If the planet is not visible at the end of combat, then the bug will not occur. I played a long game where it never hanged when I scrolled the planet away, but hung rather often when I left the planet on-screen.
I was playing last night as the Korx and got the Jagged Knife event. They got my planet that had my Mercenary Academy. I couldn't culture-flip them back, so I convinced the Torians to invade. Once they took they planet, I started spying to disable the influence-generating structures. In the spy screen, trying to click on one of the tiles consistently crashed the game to desktop (Fortunately, the game auto-saved that very turn). Once I managed to flip it back, I saw it was th
Thanks! It's saying n/a tokens in Stardock Central.
That's a lovely surprise! Will we have the option of purchasing it with tokens through totalgaming.net?
I have been able to grey out the metaverse button and it does not become clickable again until you restart the game. At the title screen, click on new game, then click next to get to the "pick your civilization" screen. Hit back twice to get to the main menu. The metaverse button is greyed out.
I love you guys so much
In the current game I'm playing, 11 Rangers have been found, all by my civilization. And wow, 2 fleets of 4 Rangers took out pretty much everything that got thrown at them. Rotate out the most damaged Ranger with one of the 3 spares, and it's non-stop destruction. I think they're all at around level 15. How many Rangers have you guys managed to collect? And if I'm reading the ship info screen correctly, my rangers should have both missil
unless it happens that the big plalents get all the social money and littleones get none, which is a frikin huge problem. I also regularly have to demolish my factories, also stupid. That's the exact problem I'm running into my current game. I'm taking over a civilization that is behind me in planeta
Going along with geoelectric, PROBLEM: High-capacity colonies starve low-capacity colonies for points when the budget needs to be shrunk. SOLUTION 2: Allow us to shut down factories without destroying them. Bringup should cost something small. I like this solution, but let'
Something needs to change for upgrade prices, I agree. It was certainly worth every penny when I upgraded a pair of lvl 10 ships that were kicking dread lord ass left and right, but it just wasn't worth upgrading a lvl 2 ship for the same price. So, I would propose two modifiers. The first modifier is based on the experience of the ship. The more experience a ship has, the more it will cost to upgrade. Not to a prohibitive level, mind yo
Let's face it, our tooltips suck Tell your marketing department that you have gained so much respect from me for being able to say something like that (and my respect is already sky-high). And I love the continuous updating. It's like Christmas every week!
I won this mission through pure dumb luck. I rushed colony ships quickly and sent them out to colonize the best planets in a straight line from my corner to the drengin world, but the yor had already managed to grab the world closest to them. As I consolidate what I have and try to build an offensive force, the yor and drengin get colony ships on all of the worlds near my allies. At the same time, the dread lords show up and cut me off fro
