To add to this I have also stripped other software from my machine and disabled apps from starting up while I was troubelshooting and this issue is directly related to Start 11, I believe after a windows update this has broken the app
Hi Basj, I am experiencing identicle symptoms, and have found the exact same conclusion. When uninstalling Start11, the issues subside entirely, restarting explorer.exe stops the issue for roughly 10-20 mins and my applications if snapped to full screen vertically will either move to the left as if the application is re-opening and then if all the way to the left will resize itself until it cannot shrink any more.
