Hi! Using Codex, I was able to integrate Phone Link into Start11 so it works directly from the Start11 taskbar. If you're interested, I can send you the configuration file. It's tailored to my monitor and resolution, but it may still be useful as a reference if you ever decide to support this functionality officially.
