I've only gotten the rangers on a couple games, Im not very fight oriented though but it was the backbone of my fleet I do remember it being decimated shortly after by those uber mini-races...

Just out of curiosity, when we make custom techs(if we can) is there anywhere we should put them or do we have to put them in the main tech file?
