Will post results.[/quote] Make sure you have USB 2.0 drivers from the manufacturer installed after you clean. It should work even on IDE to USB cradled drives! Yes, you have to click the fly-out open! I created an office fly-out and it does work. All you have to do is create a folder with all of the office applications' shortcuts, then on an existing dock create a new custome fly-out and point it to your new office shortcut folder.
