Here there is reviews held, I think it's every four years but not sure, and the amount can be changed at that time, if the courts decide it's neccessary Reviews can be held every three years here, but the amount will only change if the income has changed.

30% of his income for the rest of his or her life? At the moment, I get 20% of each ex's income for child support....five more years for one, and 7 more years for the other.....and here in the States, that percentage varies from state to state, and depends on the amount of children to be supported.</f
If I adopt, for example: 100 children and then I have my loving daughter, Jade, and each of them have two children I will have 202 grandchildren which is a lot of grandchildren. This is a glorious goal, but realistically, how would you support 103 people....and how could you care for the large amount
No matter how bad things seem if your love of your family is indeed true of heart and mind...you will have and maintain a happy family. Remember....family is your number one support and strength. Truer words were never spoken!
A person who owns a house in my neighborhood is selling his home, reasons unknown. The sign planted in his front yard states, "For Whites Only." Is that sort of thing even LEGAL any more? Color me naive, but I was under the impression that it wasn't.
I'm sorry to hear that...but I hope things get better for you and your mother now. God bless!!
1. What Time is it?? 11:27 AM 2. Did you miss me?? Be Honest!!! Yes 3. What have you been doing lately?? Cleaning house, listening to music, reading 4. Where are you?? I can't imagine the mindset of people who look on this as a good thing. Sure, there are books I wouldn't read, or wouldn't want my children to read....but that doesn't mean that NO ONE should ever read it. I guess I'm just basically a tolerant person.
We may adapt very different views than those of our parents. We may live vastly divergent lifestyles. Regardless of how much or little we feel we have in common with the people who raised us, we all retain several of our parents' characteristics. A part of them resides in us. When we respect our parents simply for who they are, we show respect for ourselves. <
My opinion that everyone is not suited for every career path was reinforced when I was a teacher. Well, see, i guess where I differ is that I believe most people will go down a career path that is something they enjoy...and you don't usually enjoy something you aren't good at. I tell my kids that if th
Poetmom, I don't think those guys will be apt to do anything after momma gets done with 'em! Very good point! They'll be lucky if they can move, breathe, etc. <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class
This, I think, is the first thing we haven't agreed upon. Whilst I see your point that telling them that as a form of encouragement can be good, I think telling it to a child with a sub-average IQ and dreams of becoming a bio chemist is a bad thing. That kid can try as hard as they want to, if they don't have the physical capab
When did we start telling our kids "you can be whatever you want to be, as long as you try hard enough". Well, it's been at least 35 yrs., at least in some families, because I remember being told that for as long as I can remember. And I have to disagree with it setting kids up for failure....I think i
What if the federal government follows Vermont and Mass. lead and by federal statutes gives Civil Unions equal status under the law as marriage. Civil union, two people, no horses or third parties. Civil union, no religion, justice of the peace. Two people in a loving committed relationship that desire to be recognized by law wit
Another server had called that really needed the money, so she asked if she could have his shift for that night. So he let her take it.the police cars were there because they found drugs in a car that they pulled over in front of our building...... Not to exciting! Exciting enough....but thank goodness
I just heard another song that I'd forgotten about: Concrete Angel, by Martina McBride....there are just TOO many songs that make me cry, I think!!
Well, I suppose it's possible that they don't know how old she is/isn't, but I can't imagine that she comes close to looking like an adult when she's 11.....so tell 'em once, and then all bets are off. I LOVE the description of what you're going to do to the "poor boy"....he won't be apt to forget again, will he?
Divorce is a difficult process I'm aware of this, all parties suffer, as do children if they are part of the equation, and it generally isn't a nice experience for anyone. It shouldn't be like that, it shouldn't boil down to who gets what, how much this partner has, how much I suffered in the marriage, and therefore how much com
Mrs. Armey sounds like my kind of woman!!
A constitutional amendment would prevent any state from being forced to recognize a homosexual marriage performed in another state, correct? So for those of you arguing from the "States Rights" position should be supporting the amendment, not going against it. The currently proposed amendment would prev
For me, it was eating saltines, and lots of small meals all day long, instead of the usual three rather large ones.
Okay, this is one of the dumbest things I've heard in a LONG time! I really don't think it's going to undermine the program to allow the man to communicate with his dog in the language his dog will understand.....idiots, total idiots!!!
Barriers to what? No one is telling them they cant live together, sleep together, form lifetime partnerships, and even "civil unions Civil unions which are not recognized by most states....they should be entitled to the same rights and privileges as those who are in "common law marriages".....
This proposed amendment is wrong. What do you think, righties? Great article! I think righties need to get out there and show our support for the lefties....one for all and all for one!
Shallow breathing makes you feel tired. It lowers levels of oxygen and raises levels of carbon monoxide in your blood. It can also make your heart rate and blood pressure rise--adding stress on your body. And when you are uptight, it can create friction in the home. When you feel tension mounting, try this deep-breathing exercise. Put your feet flat on th
