Not sure what I did to do that. Is sending troops to seize those starships that are sometimes found an example? Most of the choices for opening a new colony seem to have three choices. One has severe penalties to the colony usually while one has major benefits. Is that the choices you are talking about? :sniff!:

Not sure what is happening but after an hour or so of game play, the interface changes to red all he symbols on the buttons change. What does this mean?
