Well, job 1 is to pick a skin. Go to Display Properties, click the "Skins" tab, and pick a skin. Click "Apply." Once the skin is loaded, WB will run on startup until you select "Windows Classic" as your skin, which will return your system to its regular GUI.
Don't get me started on a Apple product placement. I remember the early episodes of "Felicity." The guy playing the graphic design major mentioned his Mac (in detail) every other episode. Annoying as hell. Uhh... Not that I'd ever watch Felicity

So, I finally bit the bullet and bought XP. The problem is, I've already been forced to revert back to Win98 because of one problem: The white areas of the screen give off an incredibly bright glare that gives me a headache after a few seconds. If I open yahoo.com, forget about it. My video drivers are up to date, and I have a fairly decent monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 550v, 15 inches). The only way to counter the glare is to reduce the contrast of the monitor, which makes my display look dull as

There are more than enough Aqua skins as it is, including an XP-optimized one. How about actually MAKING a skin instead of asking these people to lower their standards and port a bunch of half-baked StylesXP themes?
