Interesting article. So it is ok with you that America becomes a minimum wage, service country? That to sell something I make in my own country to an American business, I am told I'm competing with people in another land that slave all day for a bowl of rice?

Bush's speach at the UN was an embarrassment to the United States, as much of what he has done and said is. I would love to hear what was said by the members in private after he left. An excellent article that I'm going to feature!!

Bush has his own agenda and it is not for the people of the United States or for any other nation. Believe me, muggaz, there be all of these polls, but there many, many Americans rallying against Bush and his. I've never in my life time seen an election like this one. There are walks against Bush, runs against Bush, organizations popping up everywhere. I live in a neighborhood that is 99% African American and there are people knocking on our doors week

This is one of the saddest posts I've seen yet. The best way to support our troops is to get them out of that QUAGMIRE. Bush is the one who created the QUAGMIRE. Kerry using the word QUAGMIRE does not make him responsible for any deaths. I have written the word QUAGMIRE in your thread four times now. What will you be responsible for?

Good post. I personally like his letter. Maybe it's because I'm not actually a Democrat, but I am full of hope and piss and vinegar about this election. My daughter and I are doing our part to rally the troops! I hope everyone else does the same very soon.

drmiler - If Kerry wins, I will most certainly be laughing and dancing. If that other one wins, God forbid, I'll go into mourning for my country.

Glad to see this! I was going to write a blog this morning about the debates, but I'll promote this one instead. Bush could never stand up well in an unscripted debate. And I am so ready for these!

Happy Birthday you young thing, you!!! You have a great philosophy about age! I consider growing older a wonderful gift. Do you know Tasha Tudor? I wanna be like her, only wearing my bibs in the garden and being politically active. I hope you have the lovely day that you deserve!!

I do the same thing. There are tons that I just don't feel welcome at, for whatever reason. After a time, I just stop reading them. I can't imagine anyone ever blacklisting you, though.

Oh, but wouldn't it be cool if it were possible? Maybe not the bringing back from the dead part, but the whole time travel idea? I've always been fascinated with it all. Have you ever seen the movie Somewhere In Time? But then again, maybe dreams are our way of traveling through time. I visit many people that I miss in my dreams. And I'm rambling again. Interesting post!
