skins look like crap on download 2.2 in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

when ever I download a skin from wincustomize here it alway looks really bad and shmeary. I kow on the download u don't get the cool scrollbars or anything but this is rediculaus. csn snyone help me out ad get my skins to look better???? -Jeremy
