Can anyone teach new hand how to use ...... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

well ..i am a new comer and i don't know the files where can be put in the folders as wallpapers ...etc. ps.sorry i english is not good .^^ but still hope u can help the new hand just like me thanx
