Yes... indeed. I had some games where they have surrended to your might!! The best thing to do in this situation... only if your diplomacy skills are very high, almost fully developed, or far beyond your enemies, is to trade peace treaty with their star systems!... they might do it! If they not happy with it just try to through some Techs, and maybe some cash!! I mean, you dont have to pay them all the time, next turn you declare war again! Some Errors on DII in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I am having this problem all over again and again. Basicly what happens is that when you finish any Saga, gaining Level 10 and above leader. It then asks you, would you like to transport your leader to the next Saga, I press yes, and then it says that problem have occured and I lose all my leaders! :sniff!: :sniff!: Is anything can be done?! With it. It happened to me twice, with Empires and Dwarfes Sagas'. Also i heard that Elves did suffered from the same error!
