This is what happened while I was playing version 1.2. I was at war with the Altarian and was at a planet management screen and was trying to buy multiple buildings for the planet. I bought a building and ended a turn and then bought another building. After a few turns I was done with that and exited the screen. My strategy usually depends on the map and races on the map. Usually If there are few races and one is gaining a lot of influence, I will ally with the smaller races and try to win by Diplomatic Victory while researchingall the techs that increase my influence to push back the enemies influence. Theme Manager problem in Beginners WinCustomize Forums

I am trying to download some suites to apply with theme manager. all the .xptheme suites work fine since they are pre-packaged, the .suite files which make theme manager try and download the skin files, it just says Status: downloading (whatever its trying to download) and then after about a second, it skips to the next file and keeps going.
