Ok i solved the 2 problem, it was a conflict with a program zonealarm. Just disabled it and set up windows blinds and enabled it and it works. So is there are any shell replacement program that can make Windows 98 look like XP shell?

1 Is there anyway i can boot straight into the Desktop X? When Windows first loads i see my old desktop and taskbar for a while... 2 And Is it possible to use windows blinds with desktop x, everytime i load them both, Windows blinds freezes the computer..
