thinks for all. i am sorry , i don't understand: "Build colony ships on earth.Do not buy colony ships if you can build them. Sometimes it is ok but do not buy all the time" de damoose citizen. what does it means ?, we can only buy colony ships . :( and it costs many money every month if i cannot pay all the sum. please help me! thinks phil

ihave a question: what are the buildings at the beginning of the game >:( i have to build to improve the poulation and the money , morale .. but they cost money. :( also to prevent to pass in red at the bank which is the construction in priority i have to do? i cannot buy if i am in red and if i depass some budget all is blocked. is it exact? please help me to begin game without some problem. i am waiting for response. thinks . phil ( french)

"sans compter l'influence dans d'autres secteurs possibles par ces starbases". je parlais de l'influence de ces starbases vis a vis des autre civs lorque l'on placait celles ci dans un autre secteur et que on les upgradait par des modules d'influence. est il preferable d'upgradait le commerce ou plutot justement l'influence. je pense que la defense augmentee par les modules m'a l'air derisoire? non? faut il placer les "voies" de commerce avec

hello, i have some problem to understand how function starbase and commerce . does the starbase have to be in a straight line between my planet and the extraterrestre planet to have a benefic commerce? (:( if a starbase is far from the line between the planets, i don't create a starbase to have some money? is that right? or only the influence is important?the starbase have to be in the middle of the map and not in a "coin" in french? please answer me . thinks . phil

i have some probleme to the stellar bases i want to upgrade these and i don't understand how. i have the hyperbase and i don't see how upgrade?. when i click to the ships and i see to my left all the ships and bases in a big colonn i don't understand what i have to do with the arrow at the right of the colonnfor each ship or bases?. when i want to become a friend treaty with an extra terrestre xhat i have to do? please somebody can explain to me it will be wonderful! phil
