For people without those programs, trials of free versions are available. For example, Digital[CHET] is a great skinner and has WB and SKS, but still wants a full OD subscription. As for 2nd prize being WindowBlinds, some people may have the free version, but want the paid pro version. CerebroJD, my server can take it thank you. I seem to remember saying this to you last time.
Sometimes I do the really bodged method of creating a white ellipse and reducing the opacity to 45%. Be warned though, it will only look acceptable on smaller images.

Since Stardock and AdvancedPC are linked together, and WinCustomize is part of the Stardock family too, we all like to help each other out.
