MUCH EASIER ...ONCE YOU KNOW! The same thing happened to me. I finally found the the "Install.log" (not the usual uninstall.log) in the "All Users" folder. The uninstall program did not know to look there. I did a Find. After finding several files called "Install.log" on my hard drive I opened each until I found the one that said Object Desktop in it. I then copied it to the Program Folder for Object Desktop and Uninstall worked. HOWEVER...uninstall leaves all sorts of folders, files
