I think I'll just stick with what I know best! Yeah, if only I can figure out how porn will help me with my OS. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" b

Heh. Probably. TBH, the only screen saver I've actually bought was SereneScreen, as far as I can remember. But I'll probably eventually buy some of those from 3planesoft. I like the fact that they give you a good discount if you buy more than one, and if you subscribe to their newsletter, you get even more of a discount. <a href="..
These guys have made a lot of great screen savers, but this latest one is certainly among their best!
It was only six inches long?
Perhaps the problems with the contest that have been outlined here is the reason for its lack of popularity.
You can also check "use drop shadows under icons". Go to control panel then performance and maintanance then adjust visual effects. Assuming he's using XP, yes. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/icons/wc.gif" border=0 alt="Posted via WinCustomize
Iomega aiming for 800GB DVDs Published: May 25, 2005, 12:36 PM PDT By Richard Shim Staff Writer, CNET News.com Storage company Iomega is looking to increase the capacity of DVDs up to 100 times, meaning it could, conceivably, create 800GB discs. The San Diego-based company announced on Tuesday that it had been issued a patent, U.S. Patent No. 6,879,556, which covers a method of encoding data on the surface of a DVD so mo

What the hey, I took the plunge and assigned my 1GB Creative MP3 player as my one and only page file, and so far it seems to be working great. It seems like startup went a lot faster, but what's really noticable is how quite everything is. You don't realize just how much Windows thrashes your drive until you put the page file on a flash drive. I'll have to use it for awhile to see how the performance goes, especially af
That's not me, in case you misunderstood.
In relocating the page file, it must be on a ‘basic’ drive. Windows XP appears not to be willing to accept page files on ‘dynamic’ drives. This appears to suggest that no, it's not possible. I have a fair amount of RAM (1GB), but there seems to be no getting away from performance hits due to th
I have way too much time and money invested in Windows software to switch unless it was so compelling I just had to have it. And that is very unlikely. It's possible that I would I would run it as a second OS, though, if the price was right.
Is this even possible, and if so, would it be fast enough? There are obvious advantages if it would work. No mechanical parts, and no sharing of the drive with applications. What made me think of it is that Samsung is developing a PATA SSD drive to compete with conventional hard drives. One of those would obviously make a great drive for a page file, but what of the drives that plug into your USB2 ports?
It stopped on me a couple times today, but I had no problem with it yesterday. So I'm not sure what the deal is.
I'm probably the only guy who still uses Photoshop 5.0 LE, that came with one of my scanners years ago.
I'm not sure where it gets 125 guesses, unless it forgets to start over on new games. No way did I average 12.5 guesses/screen. Menageagoogle?
Because it's irrelevant? I didn't even know it was still being developed. Generally, people either use IE (or an IE variant) or Firefox, with a very small percentage using Opera. I can't remember the last time I heard someone say they were using Netscape.
A grid of 20 images is shown, and you're to guess which keyword matches all 20 images on Google. Pretty neat.
Sounds like someone wants one of those jobs.
What MasonM said.
Site's been running much better since the start of this thread.
Iconoclast is the third movement of Tarkus. Ah, I just now noticed your name! Yes, I'm very familiar with Iconoclast . I've even used that as a handle before. I thought you were referencing I'm a part of you as an ELP lyric, and I just couldn't figure that out. It all makes sen
Ah, that looks a little better. Now if only SDC knew that (in the Games section).....
This thread is highly illogical.
