Today I was in BestBuy checking out a hard-drive and I walked by this monitor that had the coolest aquarium screensaver I"ve seen since the SereneScreen. When I asked the tech there where he got it he said it came with WindowsXp Home Edition. That is SereneScreen. The demo comes with XP Home, or

Explain to me Tarkus, What is it that IE has that Firefox lacks.. I can name an entire list in regard to FF... And shall, but you first... Tell me what makes IE better than FF.. You're missing the point entirely. If I were to try and convince you what makes IE better than FF, I would have a <

I live in Vegas and rarely watch the local news, because they tend to cover crap like this. But this is apparently a real report. That's an actual station, and those are real anchors and reporters. Link Beats me. I have no explanation for it. That's why I posted it here. <a href="../resou

Check out the link below for the video of this news report: An ABC-TV affiliate in Las Vegas broadcast images of a UFO summoned by a self-styled "prophet" who predicts many more will be seen throughout the area next week. Ramon Watkins, also known as "Prophet Yahweh" agreed to meet with a reporter and camera crew of KTNV at a location of their choice and time. What they witnessed, and captured on camera,

A fact is a fact, Firefox is better than the current MS offering of IE.. Thanks for providing a perfect example of the holier than thou attitude to which I was referring. Please learn the difference between fact and opinion . You'll be taken a lot more seriously. <img src="

The only thing I hope IE7 does is to knock Firefox's growing download count to a stand still and maybe bring some of those Firefox users back to IE. Yeah, why exactly? Competition is good, though I have to admit, I do tire of the holier than thou attitude of many Firefox users. <

Again, I would assume that three references to myself would make that clear, but I guess reading comprehension is not everyone's forte`. The quote was simply there to show to which post I was responding. Why would I reference myself three times if I was implying that what she knew best was porn? That makes absolutely no sense. While I regret that

Rather fascinating account of implementing tabbed browsing into Internet Explorer 7. Kind of humanizes IE development. I just hope they give the user all the control we've come to accept from the likes of Maxthon and NetCaptor (and non-IE tabbed browsers). And major bonus points if they extend this to Windows Explorer!

I think I'll just stick with what I know best! Yeah, if only I can figure out how porn will help me with my OS. I think I'll just stick with what I know best! In my case, Yeah, if only I can figure out how porn will help me with my OS. For the sake of a little clarity.... <B

And Tarkus, your original comment was somewhat out of line, you wouldn't speak to your mother like that, and an apology wouldn't go astray. Surely that would be far better than continuing to trade further unpleasantries. Common decency and respect costs you nothing, so how about it, mate? Whilst some may be amused by this situati

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what others think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness, or skill. It

Well Mr Know it All, I guess so I could be sure he read what I had to say. This is his thread, or hadn't you noticed. And please, mind your own business Web Gizmos. <img src="http://images.stardock.c

I think the better way to have phrased that was "relax, it was a joke..." I disagree, but that's okay. The joke was directed at myself anyway, so I'm not sure why anyone would get bent out of shape over it. I think some people just look for stuff to be offended by. It must suck to go through

Tarkus, I really like the Everest Home Edition! Way slick diagnostic tool and it covers a lot! Great suggestion. Thanks! I'm not the one who recommended Everest, but you're welcome anyway. <a href="..

Tarkus, if you want to make any more lude comments about or to me like you did in Island Dog's thread "Would you make the switch", I suggest you talk to my husband, who will be more discusted than I am. Wow, you must be the life of parties. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Tongue.gif"

Geez, chill. All I did was say the word porn , in a joking manner no less. That's hardly a dirty word. If the mere mention of the word offends you, you must live a very sheltered life. And BTW, this is a PG-13 site, according to Brad Warrell, who is Mr. Stardock and Mr. WinCustomize himself. If you're looking for a kiddie site, this isn't it. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/ic

Until now I never fully understood how to tell the difference between male and female birds. I always thought it had to be determined surgically... until now. Below are two birds. Study them closely..... See if you can spot which of the two is the female.. It can be done. Even by one with limited bird watching skills.

Thanks for the link to SequoiaView. Interesting program. One of my favorite programs is POPFile. It's a Naïve Bayesian email classification program. It doesn't just help you filter spam, but you can have it classify mail to any number of "buckets" of your choosing. It's easy to train, and is very accurate within a short period of time. It works with any email program on virtually every platform, and has a very cool html interface.<BR
