Has any publisher expressed any interest in this "GOO" so far?

First PC game: Prince of Persia (the original one). But I'm a far older gamer. Atari 2600, Intellevision and so on.
1. Elemental Beta 2. Age of Decadence, a promising indie CRPG. 3. Street Fighter IV, PC version.
Diaspora and Beyond the red lline are both very promising.
We need more videos.
Nothing all that exciting going on, but it's nice to see some video finally! Keep em coming.
I agree. [e digicons]:D[/e]
You are misunderstanding. I really don't care about the prize. I simply don't like how the contest it's been thoght and I'm explaining why. No drama, no cry, and definitely I'm not going to kill myself. Stop being childish, please. I really don't give a **** about silly jokes in attempt to make me feel wrong.
Are you joking me or you can't really understand where's the difference? Suppose it were announced after the fact...xyz won this. Would you feel deprived then? Now suppose you won. Would you feel that you were depriving someone else? Would someone else be more qualified than you? No, i don't, and do you want to know why? Because IT'S NOT THE SAME AT ALL. If someone else wins I really don
Sure, Captain Oblious, it actually enables someone to win. Except *any* old user. And that's the problem. It can sounds like "Who cares about you old users? We are aiming for new ones"
Well, the "problem" is all in the main choice: it *prevents* any old user from having a chance to win. It's not like a lottery on a mall, when any old customer can casually be the winner, as a new one. It's a prize for a new customers ONLY. What about adding another PC for a random old user to celebrate the event? I'm sure it will extinguish the controversy. Even for people who doesn't win.
Space Rangers 2 and mount & Blade.
This "Impulse vs Steam" war is going to be boring, honestly.
I love Impulse too, but I really can't say I have experienced one single problem with Steam in years. This thread sounds just a meaningless whine from a newbie user, to me.
Waiting for Gal Civ 2 Ultimate sales.
Honestly I love Impulse philosophy more, but still I think Steam at this moment is slightly better. I have to agree with Frogboy about monopoly risks, anyway. Even if I think wich your true "rising enemy" is Game for Windows Live, wich really sucks.
That's why mass market sucks.
Final Fantasy my ass. Get lost, emochild.
Please, please, PLEASE Starodck, give us something like Darklands. 1400 Germany with alchemy, saints, witches. And give us some sense of freedom. i'm starting to hate all those damn Bioware games with nice graphic and stuff but without a true game behind.
Jagged Alliance 2 is probably best tactical game ever (with UFO Enemy Unknown) and it can offer many RPG mechanics.
I really hated Titan Quest demo. Boring as hell, so i'm not going to buy ther game, even if so cheap. What about Defender of the Crown, instead? Someone played it? It's a nice remake or what?
Space Rangers 2 is insanely amazing. P.S. http://www.metacritic.com/games/platforms/pc/spacerangers2dominators?q=space%20rangers
Forgive my stupid question, but I have a doubt... this beta can be installed only as Vista Update or even on a brand new PC?
Darklands certainly had the best armour system & armour visuals. Really unforgiving statistical curses though (nay to 'permanent penalties'...).
It had the best character creation, too. And an amazing "magic" system, with Saints and alchemy.
Darklands, FFS! Frogboy, give us a new Darklands! ...Ok, I'm pretty annoying, but I'm doing it for a great cause.
Far Cry 2? Not very.
