Really, if you're a fighting game fanatic- consoles are better (and one of the few reasons to own a console), since PC's don't get the games usually.
Meaningless. Beat'em UPs usually don't come on PC... So when a good one is coming, you must avoid it cause "they usually are better on consoles"? It sounds like nonsense to me. It's a syllogism, and a very bad one.

That's a dumb choice.
There are no additional costs shipping a game from UK to my country (wich, for the record, is Italy).
Well, the price on Impulse for european isn't 50$. Its is 35.99 euros.
Are you joking or what? 35 euros are *exactly* 50 dollars.
BTW, in France, retail PC version of SF4 is 39.99 euros
Who damn cares? Same in Italy, and so? Just cause they are robbing europeans customers, that doesn't mean DD s
What about the price? Is it confirmed we european have to pay that more? Why publishers hate us so much? That's sad. I know at least a dozen of friends who aren't going to buy the game for english webstores cause of shitty SecuROM and, at the same time, they aren't going to buy it form DD cause of its increased price. Impulse was our hope to have a fair deal, but you guys are going to charge as almost twice of those sites. <a href="http://www.thehut.com/hu
Where do you see 50?
Well, just *HERE*:
For the DRM, it is listed in the description. For example, look up Age of Booty and you'll see a note saying it uses SecuROM. When it's not listed, it's not present.
Yes, I know. What I'm asking is *exactly* if there isn't any SecuROM for sure or if they j
http://www.impulsedriven.com/stfighter4 Well, first of all, why 50 bucks? The game is on many websites at 40$. Plus... I can't read anything about DRM on this page, but I've heard game is coming out with SecuROM. What about Impulse version?
When people *not very inside game development* come out telling about "ULTRA-REAL games!!1!" I instinctively think about shitty results. That's just me?
So, where's announce about SFIV on Impulse? It's coming out at 3rd July and on Impulse site stills no evidence of it. Aside from the fact I'm looking for it so I'm very curious about its price, I must say sometimes you guys don't seem very smart about marketing, hype and that kind of stuff. A groundbreaking title finally comes on your DD plaform at day one, and it's still not announced, until last minute? That doesn't sound very clever to m
Besides, it's preposterous to assume that Stardock hates all of Europe.
Well, that was *obviously* a joke, an exaggeration. What I mean is simply they don't care about. Looks like they don't try too much to change this stuff.
Availability: North America (US and Canada) That's almost for any noteworthy game in catalogue. Damn you, Stardock. Can you care a bit more about your european customers? Can you at le
Well, i think criticism can be useful to learn how to do a better work, even when it cames from fanboys.
..there is an Impulse thread on Steam forums? http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=707531 Maybe it can be interesting for you. It's another chance to know what people think about your service, especially when not customers already.
It must be a joke. A very big one.
Stardock on E3? I really can't agree with most part of this chart, anyway. I really dislike Fallot 3, I'm not a MSG fan, I found Bioshock a very poor shooter game except for its atmosphere, and so on.
Speaking of DD platforms, instead, I'd love to see Impulse and Gamersgate merging and become a huge opponent for Steam, cause atm they look to me like two squirrels fighting versus a bear. I know, I know... it's not going to happen.
I already own World of Goo on Steam, Sid Meier's Railroads is offered on Steam, and I'm not interested in the others.
First: you are WRONG. Space Rangers 2 is probably one of the very best games you can play today. It's huge, deep, fun, challenging, etc. Best game on Impulse in my opinion. Anyway there is another great game wich dmantione didn't suggest you: Braid. EDIT: well, and

Any chance to see the game on Impulse? I know you can't tell us for sure until it's done... So please, just tell us if you're trying.
As for SecuROM & Street Fighter IV on Impulse, its news I don't like.
Well, it's not sure. Maybe Stardock will persuade Capcom to use GOO, at least on Impulse version.
“will use either SecuROM or that specific outlet’s proprietary DRM mechanism (for those that have them ).”
I'm waiting for Age of Decadence, by Iron Tower Studios. A very promising hardcore RPG. EDIT: my bad, at a better read looks like I completely misunderstand the thread.
http://www.thatvideogameblog.com/2009/05/03/capcom-weighs-in-on-securom-drm-for-sfiv-pc/ As for the upcoming Street Fighter IV for PC, we know it will use Games for Windows Live and according to Svensson on the <a class="external" href="http://www.capcom-unity.com/
My last big disappointment? Demigod. No contest. I really don't like the game. Honestly I consider preordering it my worst choice in years. Oh, btw I'm all with Haree78 about L4D. I love it. Best 2008 PC game in my opinion. It's clever, polished, well tought, it looks good, it doesn't bother me with insane requirements and, god, it's fun as fuck if played with three friends on expert.
They are almost the same team who give us Space Rangers 2. Amazing people, I must say. By the way I'm asking for it on Impulse since september 2008. And yes, I mean on this forum.
