I don't think that's possible since there's only one copy of the skinning software and its ini file will be the same no matter how you logon. You could set up individual WinStyles themes that could launch from the startup folder for each user...

ry this, right-click on the download link and select "save target as" download the skin file to your desktop and then use the "add" button in Display Properties to add the skin. Is it only one skin you're having this trouble with? If so, it's probably a problem with that skin's zip file.

In the box on the left you see a list of skin categories. Each library is a skinning format that supports a particular piece of software. The software is necessary to install the skins. At the top of each skins list there is a link to download the software.

paxx - dealing with waste is probably as big (or bigger) a problem as pollution from fossil fuels. This technology would not only solve the waste issue (even toxic waste) but make recycling a reality. Stinger by Skinplant is an awesome suite of skins with a beautiful set of green icons and a DesktopX skin. There's a green skin from Essorant called "Silver by Essorant" and a green skin from Gabriel.

You could start by checking out the tutorials at this excellent PSP site. http://www.pinoy7.com/ and spend LOTS of time practicing, learning and experimenting. Don't try to do stuff to upload, do stuff to make your computer be exactly what you want it to be.

You can sort the library to only show you the skins with shell-styles support. Just check the box for shell-styles at the top of the list and click on "go". That'll give you fewer to browse through.

yeah, what a week eh? I saw an article http://www.fpp.co.uk/online/03/04/Mueller150403.html that claimed the US paid off the Republican Guard and snuck the top echelon guys out of Iraq to new homes (some in the US) with huge wads of cash. Usually I build a basic skin in Notepad using the new graphics which I make in Photoshop beforehand. Then I take another skin's UIS (one of my previous skins) open that in another Notepad and start copying code where it fits and just re-do any numbering or positioning variables and path statements.
