Yes, you can delete the .cab files but you would have to download them again to re-install. I'm not sure what the .cmi files are for but they look safe to delete too.

Actually Auguste I have many ideas about what would make a better world. I think if a lot of things had gone differently in the past 40 years this would be a much better world.
