Auguste, the very people who are now taking on (in your mind) the noble and moral duty of 'liberating' the Iraqi people from a heinous dictator are the ones who supported him and armed him before. You are very correct about the lack of peace in the world and the seemingly inevitable consequence of war. Your leaders would have it no other way. Less than two months after this wretched dictator gassed the Kurdish people with chemical weapons provided by the US our own State Department (represented

"The United States seems to believe this military action shows its world leadership. But that is its misconception. Real world leadership is to take initiatives in promoting the Kyoto Protocol, nuclear disarmament, and arms control, and solving environmental issues." --Mikhail Gorbachev said. --March 19, 2003 "It would be wrong to suggest that this is a war between Christians and Muslims. This is a war of self interest launched by the sole superpower," said India's law and parliamentary

I'll let it go but the permission you got is from the webmaster at a site that posts stuff without permission, not from the artist. That would be like me giving you permission to use one of adni's wallpapers....

bubba2 - I see this in your description, "waiting on permission from www.wallpaper-desktop.net alot of his walls have diclaimers that many walls are from sites he visited and if the owner objects, to contact him and he will take them off so he is checking around for me." You can only submit your own artwork here. If it's not your own work you must include permission from the artist that made it. Screenshot is ok now but still needs permission.

It looks like the UN is being cut out of the rebuilding effort in Iraq as are the usual agencies like Care, Save the Children, and the Red Cross. The spoils of war are already being invested by big American firms that are being awarded contracts worth 1.5 billion dollars to do the necessary health and safety infrastructure repairs. In the spirit of private enterprise, private companies are winning big in the "battlefields" of Iraq. Halliburton has also made a killing securing the lucra

paxx - The group is called The Project for a New American Century" and the "blueprint" was titled "Preparing for a New American Century" and was written months before the 2000 election. I have a copy of the pdf also, I'll try to find it for you. It was downloaded from the PNAC's own website. It's been discussed on CNN and almost all the other mainstream press. They always play it down and neglect to mention some of the more alarming statements, like the one about biological weapons. It's a group

An editorial statement about Bush's campaign in 2000: "Many conservatives thought the Clinton administration was over-involved in the world, especially in nation-building, and hectoring in its diplomacy. So Bush argued that America should be “a humble nation,” scale back its commitments abroad and not involve itself in rebuilding other countries." (from Newsweek magazine.) In the blueprint for the Bush administration, the document called "Preparing for a New American Century

that's what happens when you send a .png instead of a jpg.... Must have gotten by us in moderation cause the thumbnail works in the que... Result is, his skin is no longer featured...

Did you change skins? Perhaps the skin you are using does not have the taskbar and start menu skinned. There's hundreds of skins which don't have those features. If that's the problem, you can choose another skin's taskbar (and shell styles if you're using WB3.9) to show all the time.

go here: https://www.stardock.com/products/logonstudio/ install the software, download a logon, load it from Logon Studio and hit "apply". You must be running WindowsXP for it to work (and if you are on a network, you must be on aa workgroup, not a domain)

I never did any of the updates to MSN and I haven't implemented any of its extra functions so maybe I'm missing out on some bloat... It doesn't ever complain about closing, in fact it just goes away without an annoying confirmation dialog like AIM (Yes, I'm SURE I wan't to close it!). As far as function goes I like the MSN interface the best. ICQ next and AIM last. But I don't do any of the cool stuff

A 'complete' skin is one that goes all the way to your toes... Every skin format has a certain number of features and not all skins include everything. For example, a logon screen has a lot of buttons but many that are uploaded use the default buttons that Windows puts there. I've seen some Windowblinds skins that have no dialog/mdi/explorer backgrounds and the defaults don't match, no MDI buttons m

I've been through a hard drive crash since then but I remember what you're looking for. It was great and now that you mention it I wish I had that link again too... When paxx gets here I'm sure he'll post the link if he still has the page up. It was done in flash wasn't it?
