Icons resolution in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Hi there i would like to know how to change the icons resolution to make them bigger,like when some of the packages say "Icons are rendered in 32bit color with 16x16,24x24,32x32,48x48,64x64 72x72 etc,etc." is this the same as changing the desktop resolution? because i want to keep my screen resolution at 1024, but the icons (icon packager) look to small. would somebody be king enough to tell me how to do it, thanks in advance.

hi there my bother gave me his old pc and already has windoblinds 3.5 installed, iam interested on getting the new windowblinds 4.0, do i have to unistall the previous version before installing the new one or just install it over? i dont want to lose the blinds it has already installed. thanks in advance.
