You might find this 'mildly' interesting Joe "Yahoo on Friday confirmed that its recently released toolbar has mistakenly linked an alleged spyware program with a product that has nothing to do with the application in question." http://news.com.com/Yahoo%27s+Anti-Spy+toolbar+feature+buggy/2100-1024_3-5300761.html?part=rss&tag=5300761&subj=news.1024.20 [Message Edited]

That should put life back into Fuzzy's spank paddle (now that was a sentence I could never have envisaged typing). Glad you're back safely KarmaGirl
My wife justs stares at the new layout, thinks for a second, curses and demands to know where I've put the buttons this time
Is this a new thread or just part 2 of a locked thread ?
There is a noticeable absence /me wonders if Fuzzy Logic has mistaken OC for an m&m and shelled him by mistake? Surely not - OC is nobody's pate, sorry OC I meant patsy .
I've got google toolbar on my firefox, plus I have a little add-on called spoof-stick that gives a very clear heads-up as to where I am - its a little anti-phishing tool that's more visible to my wife than the status bar. (Its also available for IE) http://www.corestreet.com/spoofstick/internet_explorer.html add it to your collection

Okay, I'm curiousity's bi**h, I'll fall for it - It appears to be an animated gif. Wherein lies the program part?

This is possibly what you want:- http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/downloads/wdvd_skins.html At the bottom of the page there is a link to WinDVD Skin Developer Kit.
I hope you got a good supply of cookies for when those munchies set in I.R.
I wasn't aware of that particular option - but I've checked and it has already set itself to Firefox. As always Koasati, clear and concise - many thanks. Edited cos I missed that alpha-prime had already provided info about additional update. [Message Edited]
Help me out - I'm not sure if what you're saying is so obvious i've already done it and don't know it (a possible unfamiliarity with phrasing) - or if this is a setting I just haven't had a need to use yet, which is quite possible - so where exactly would I look to make this change assuming we're not just talking about making Firefox my default?
I bit the bullet and installed the new Ad-aware SE 1.1 It installed and ran without problems - possibly the fact its 1.1 means they have already told it to ignore the AOL and Mozilla drivers? Anyway I run both AOL and Firefox and they didn't show up on either the full or smart scans. There seems to be a lot of support both built in and at the forums which is useful if you need to check out an identified file.
Yup, from what I've just read its cos folks use these programs and blindly erase files without double checking. I understand that us non tekkies have to trust to a degree - but it doesn't take long to double check with Google or write to the forums before removing drivers from critical folders. These folks seem to have deleted their zlib.dll file from their AOL folder on advice from AASE also someone took out their moz.dll file - guess what browser didn't work then ? I don't know if t

Just out of interest - how much advanced coding info does Stardock have access to, if any, to help it create patches/updates that counteract any negative instances resulting from SP2?
No need to worry footsie - i'm sure they'll be double eager to get this out to everybody, anyway they can. This was lifted from the site I linked to above:- Customers without reliable Internet connections who wish to obtain Service Pack 2 on CD can order a free disc from the Microsoft® Web site as Service Pack 2 is rolled out worldwide If you have to, or prefer to download I'm sure they are well set up for broken and slow connections - It wouldn't surprise me if Reader

Nobody is made to kill, made with the capability to kill - yes. But the choice to kill, purposely, is that of the individual. Presumably balanced against consequence and gain, within the framework of their own ability to rationalise between right and wrong. Personally the concept of a 'cool gun' theme is a bit of an oxymoron - I probably would have thought differently when I was much younger, but there hadn't been a Dunblane or Columbine then - however in the spirit of getting the thr
Quick search produces following Author = Sven Kistner aka Bartman Was contactable at www.metrix.de Also note that checking out work by him or ports of work by him might contain readme files with contact/permission information. This link goes to a site that has what appears to be an E-mail addy but I wouldn't know how current it is:- http://members.xoom.virgilio.it/skinart/hifi/hifib03.htm [Message Edited]
Mmmmm interesting the emotions these little stick it to em's have evoked - but if you just get past that and look at what's happening, some of the tension in the figures, the way the figures are destroyed by their own escalation into armed conflict through abusing their environment, you could build a whole new critique based more on a morality tale. My point being the 1st link leads to a battle, simply entitled fight, between 2 opponents whose motivations, gender and age are unknown an
