Well, Terl, u might try to stay out of any wars, just culturally bomb them down. Thats a chalanging quest, at least at the higher difficulty levels. This way u might just need to built about two defenders per system, mostly keeps costs down. Just one or two capital ships for the mil. scores .

I'll have to figure that part out then. I understand the military way, especially having been in the military, so I tend to take by force. I will have to try the other ways. How many constructors does it take to make one of these starbases?

It takes round about 12 Constructors if i counted correctly, + some for Base Defence and stuff.

Yes, I also feel the call from the Drak side, I think that it was the reason we went to war, but we must resist the call of the Dark side, at least until I finish my 100 good games, I want to also do then 100 evil games, and 100 neutral, lets see how it goes.
