The old FotR thread was getting too big and it was taking too long to load the thread, thus this new one.

Got it now, thanks!

As you've no doubt noticed my foruming for now is very limited. In addition to that test I've griped about, things just got super-busy at work. After this month is over things should ease off to normal.

So they have given me my difficulty shield without me having to submit a game.

But it should at least be Painful or Crippling. :notsure:

Broke into the Top 25 again!!! Even though that Gig/Maso scored a crappy 49,000 points. Don't know why, either. It may have been that all the AI were Good (Random Alignment...didn't work out so well in that game).

Anyways, I got my little shield, too and hopefully I'll be able to keep that Top 25 medal as well. Hmmm...I also got a Challenging shield. I certainly would have expected Ray to get at least a Crippling shield. :notsure: I think the averaging computation is a little screwed up.

Aye--the averaging mechanism does seem a bit screwy. I haven't seen a shield above painful--even though most of the top 25 have dozens of maso wins that comprise most of their score. hmm

The step thru the light-door let Shalom recovering for the transformation that took place, his body was no longer, his arms were long rays of light spreading everywhere, he was not longer, his mind was no longer a single tought, millions of other minds were with him at that moment. His thoughts were their thoughts, his mind was their mind.

No longer pain, no longer thirst, no longer hunger, just peace, eternal peace. The suddenly knowledge of everything that was, is and will be overtook him at first, but now slowly his thoughs and ideas were open to the reality, how foolish ideas he had in the past, how meaningless all the worries, how beautiful all is now.

Also no more need for sorrows, everything has a meaning, everything has a reason. Now it is time to walk in the new path, it is time to share the Universe from the other side of it. So many new things, that were, are and will be flash before his eyes.

Shalom opened his soul to the new song, he is home.

GAHHH!!! I can't believe I already got bumped out of the Top 25 again! Guess I'll have to keep plugging away.

Submitted a Small/Maso that scored about half of what my Gig/Maso did earlier. Went a little evil on their alien butts, too! Hehehe...can you say "Invasion"? :HOT:

Submitted a gig/maso/rare. I did an alfa-strike with terror stars. It took a little over seven hours to do the deed and maintain my saintly demeanor! :HOT:

The decision has come for Shalom, follow the path that has opened in front of him or return to his corporeal form and return to the world.

Very difficult decision indeed, he doesnot want to return to the world where he came from, he likes and enjoys been home.

The trumpet rumbled in the Celestial City and the newcomers are called to the Great Temple.

Shalom approached the Temple and one of the divine creatures with its 3 set of wings came to him and spoke "Valdonai elohim ya azar li, al kein lo nichlamti, al kein samti panai kahalamish, vaeida ki lo eivosh."
"Karov matzdiki, mi yaritv iti na amda yahad, mi va al mishpati yigash eilai."
"Hen adonai elohim ya azar li, mi hu yarshieini? Hein kulam kabeged yivlu, Ash yochleim."

Then Shalom knew which was the path to follow.

Shalom returned to the Tower thru the gate and re-enter into his corporal body, slowly he packed all his books and scrolls, put everything into a small bag, took his old garment, his white robe and his Jedi sword, slowly he looked around and with a deep sight closed the gate of the tower.

With heavy heart he approached his dusty X-wing, a present from and old friend, and after boarding it he set course for the Temple of the Ages where his ship Shemesh was awaiting for him.

The time has come for and old wanderer to return to his solitary path, my strength is the search, my goal is ahead.

I just finished another Small/Maso which jumped me back into the Top 25. I swear, if the brass doesn't stop taking that medal away from me... LOL
