WindowBlinds doesn't mess with the registry (any more than any other program) and it can be turned off purely by uninstalling it or simply deleting the files in its directory.
That dialog is excluded. It should be noted, btw, that XP itself doesn't skin existing applications fully. On 99% of your apps, you get title bars and maybe scrollbars and that's it. WindowBlinds, by contrast will skin all of them fully.

I am not sure what to say, what parts of XP isn't WindowBlinds XP capable of skinning? WB XP can skin every element of the GUI if the skin supports it (including the new start bar). Check out the Apartment skin that is included to see an example.
BTW, in another post someone suggested that the United States needs to figure out how it can change its behavior since it's done "things" (unspecified) that have annoyed "a lot" of countries. Can anyone name a single democratically elected government that has an unfriendly relationship with the US?

Marius, your ignorance is astonishing. Bin Laden was not a US partner at any time. He was part of the rebel force fighting the Soviet Union in the 80s and that force received US aid but we didn't train them to murder civilians, we trained them how to defend their homeland from foreign military invaders. Before commenting in the future mariuss, I suggest you get more informed on the issues.
