I never made an icon package but looks like you change the icons one by one with icon packager and then in the file menu save as a new package name. I would suppose you would need a folder filled with the new icons to browse to when changing the icons.

I have used windowblinds running a small processor. I would say how small but I don't want anyone laughing at me. With that small processor I had 64mg of ram and running Win 98 I never had any trouble with Windowblinds being a burdon. DesktopX yes I had that suck all my resources but if the theme was small it was OK.
I say flip a coin and if the govt. doesn't ask for their cut, then make it one program. Not everyone has a zillion mb of memory and a 2 gig processor so it would be a good idea to keep that in mind.

I had problems like that in the past and it was because my screen resolution was 800 x 600 and the theme was for a different size. This was with DesktopX and don't know if it does the same with Ojectbar. Just wanted to throw my 2 cents in

I have been trying to figure out why there are 4 arrow buttons, 4 scrollbar backs and only 3 sliders. What happen to the fourth slider? Also, when a call comes in and they say, this call is recorded for quality purpose, What quality are they recording?

That would be ideal but there are only some comments that I would like to remove. Mostly the ones about my messing up the previews since I fixed them.
Possibly the answer lies in something simple. Seems when something sucks with me it is something I am doing wrong. No comment There is also nothing wrong with adding some sites to a trusted zone. How many have blank trusted zones in their internet security options?
Is there a way to delete some of the comments on the skins without losing the download and rating information?
Oh I see. That is what I have been doing. However, I do that for windowblinds also and they show the correct preview.
