Where's that "File dialog... *something*" section? in WindowBlinds Tutorials JoeUser Forums

It all started with another brain-freeze today. I just couldn't find a section that contained the File Dialog places bar images. You know the bar on the left on the File->Save and File->Open dialogs? I bet you've been cursing more than once searching for a section like that. SkinStudio will help you with searching for a section if you know it's UIS name or its part AND if such section actually exist. But in my case it didn't. I don't think you can have glyphs for push buttons. This section is not quite a regular WBD section. I tried to add it manually but failed.

That's a great introductory article! There are lots of other differences not aparent for skinners (as it was written by a skinner) but targetted at developers, (I'll try to write more about those sometime in the future), but this article aimed at artists making DirectSkin skins rather than developers is really really good. A must read.

I'll try to put together a glosary of terms useful when gerring into RSS in a while. As to the space, I have over 400 feeds active in my Blog Navigoator and it's data is taking about 20 MB on disk, that's not too bad, is it? Blog navigator as a program itself takes less than 3MB. Blog Navigator has been designed to be easy on memory from the ground up.

The new Photoshop CS2 (version 9) supports 32bit targa files, there is no need for any conversion Cool! However, not everyone can afford it. Heck, all those years I never found a reason enough to justify such an expense! There still pretty much is a need for the conversion.
