Flyout Icon Images are blank, don't know how to get them back? in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

all was well, until object dock crashed on me one day. now the icon images for most, not all, flyout items are a blank generic icon. if i browse to the folder where the icons are, it works fine. if i drag the same shortcut directly to objectdock, it also looks fine. if i go in and manually change the icon, this also works fine. i did uninstall object dock and do a clean install of it, and then restored a theme that worked previously, and same iss

the desktop window manager does not seem to be active at this time on your machine in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

i get the following error for the deskscapes 3 beta, it use to work just fine, i would occasionally get this error, and just apply a WB theme and reboot and it would work, now it doesn't. i've also run the directx9 setup again from the bugs thread. any ideas? thanks. ok, let me explain a little better, obviously forums specific to the particular site don't need to be replicated throughout, wincustomiize doesn' need to see the game forums for instance. but what i really meant was, a forum like the windowblinds forum, there are some on stardock.com, wincustomize.com and impulse community, only problem is they are all separate and contain their own posts, which means to see if there is an resolution to your problem, u need to search 3 forums all run by

forum consolidation would be a good idea in Stardock Support General WinCustomize Forums

so i noticed between impulse, wincustomize, and stardock all the forums are very similar. they have some more specific forums for those particular sites, but i think common forums should be the same. for instance, and i'm pulling this out of thin air, but i see categories like windowblinds on all 3, yet, they are 3 individual forums. so i could post a question in 1, and would hope it would appear in all 3, yet it doesn't, therefore limiting responses and help.

yes, support told me it has nothing to do with MP, lol, well, it does, and with RDP. they just said they would let hte developer know. what i'm not understanding, is why this is still happening, it's been years, since cursorXP that this has been a problem
