Actually, I think it was Goebbels that made the statement that Xythe quoted. Did he misquote him , then? I couldn't find that "quote" online, at least not in those words. But Goebbels was speaking of the Allies (the British, specifically), so my point stands. The quote isn't about Nazi propaganda.
