I'd say it's more of the eyes focusing on whatever the picture is, rather than the microscope. Maybe one of them has a vision impairment without correction and sees it better at a different focus than someone else. With all that said, just watch the show.

I don't know anything about the meaning of this article, and I think I interpreted it in a way that is opposite of it's intent, but it definitely talks to me; thanks.

After reading an article and thinking about it, fire is a gift to man. Fire seems to be a handy way of manufacturing closure. Isn't fire the only way to ensure something in destroyed? There's a beauty to it really, being able to watch something wither, weaken, and wilt right in front of your eyes. All the false power it grants you. No stronger, no better, but

I'm a ways from being slow or special needs, but I remember distinctly a time a teacher did the same thing to me in grade school. In second grade we frequently composed creative writing stories, and telling a 2nd grader to be creative is like telling a dog to sleep. So I wrote a story based in an African jungle and in part of the story something had to fly out of the airport, that happened to be in the jungle. The next day or so the teacher re

...rest in eternal peace... You said it yourself. REST in eternal PEACE. Not to sound like a complete prick, but she lived, she died, we cried, amen. This whole thing was blown WAY over the top and I would have felt sorry for her had she even been aware of what was going on.

Perfect is a term relative to one's own opinion. Someone may think his/her other is the most beautiful thing in the world and, speaking from experience, split up and see every glaring flaw. You wouldn't want your partner to say "You're so beautiful, but this one woman I saw today had the biggest tracts of land you'll ever see". Superlatives are tough to use when describing your loved one. A lot of what we say is relative. Perfect, weird, regul

I think Alice In Wonderland was originally created while on an acid trip, very odd and very genius at the same time. Everyone did a great job tonight. It was a little hard to hear some of the lines, but that's to be expected. And the lighting, well, that's what makes it a high school drama production, it really adds to it. Kendra and Rich compliment each other perfectly on the stage, they were a riot! Good job!

Atta' boy, Alex. I can guarantee you college can accomodate to anything you've wanted to here that you may not have been able to. You'll meet so many people devoted to their faith as much as you and you can share with them; there's bound to be someone (and quite possibly many someones) who will share your interests with the same passion.

Great article. Paying attention in social studies, I see. I know I'm a lot more edgy about everyday topics because of the partisanship and politics that underscore them. Unfortunately, in my case and possibly others, I've lost faith in relying on other people. This doesn't exactly work on the national scene, nor is it true for everyone I'm around, but I have trouble finding sincerity anymore. Democrats and Republicans alike, just like Beebes s

I always enjoy catching little tidbits like that in what I read (as little as that is). This one from Ender's Game I kept dog-earred for a long time. The set up is that the woman who is thinking believes she has caused the death of a loved one and without what she thinks is a proper precaution, she'll kill another loved one. "I carry the seeds of death within me and plant them wherever I linger long enough to love." So sad, but it jus

If I were to write another one right now, I'd be at 43 and I really don't give a crap at all. I'll be lucky to poop out an article about anything right now, I find no reason to share with others my personal capades. What happens in my life stays in my life and those close to me if I deem it so. I guess I've got some serious trust issues, but I don't need any underscores or asterisks by my face when people look at me. Like "Hey, there's Andy, b

I'm alright, just kind of in a lull of life. I'm waiting for some closure with basketball and for the "coach" to get off my back about my grooming habits, and I can't wait until March/April/May all combined. March = employment, NYC, my girlfriend's birthday April = prom, that many less months until summer May = GREEN DAY CONCERT Oh, and I just got done listening to this sweet song, "Get Loose" by The Salads. Scope it out if yo
