Less than four hours after I laud the fact that we have the week off of school, I screw mine up completely. I'm laid up completely for the next couple days possibly, and from any serious activity for the next couple weeks. After I got done writing my fair break article, I thought I'd go in and lift at the local friendly YMCA and shoot around in the gym a litt

Spc, judging by sentence structure alone, he IS the intellectual candidate. I agree with the bad network joke, I think he realized 3/4 of the way through it that it sure wasn't going to make the moderator happy.

I was going to leave a little post script, thanking Mr. Roderick, but he doesn't deserve my thanks. Good connection, though, King's Island has more than an abundance as well.

A blessing and a curse: The Fairfield County Fair. To give you a little background, rural Ohio isn't very sophisticated. So it's fair time. The first thing that tells me is a week off of school. Back in the day, the amount of students with projects at the fair outnumbered the amount that didn't, so it was practical to take the entire week off. Right now, I do

I don't categorize bumper stickers so much, but I check out yard signs. Sometimes it's just a matter of what road I'm driving on; if I'm driving in town or to town, the amount of Kerry/Edwards signs match if not overtake the Bush/Cheney signs, but if I'm driving back in the hills, there's not a Kerry/Edwards sign to be found. It's fun to see neighbors who have different signs, I can only imagine the turf wars they're itching to start. As for m

Snakes did in Florida?! I wouldn't be bitching about Florida; because of Florida, your man won. Wait, my fault, you're not a 'publican, you're a "Patriot". You sound more like a "Lemming" to me. You're not alone, Marvin sounds like a "paranoid schizophrenic".

Last year this time I hopped on the BoSox bandwagon with a flip, no hands, and a cup of coffee; needless to say I jumped on quick. Doesn't look like the Sox will pull this one out of the hat, hopefully they'll make it to the Series, I'm sick of seeing the Yankees. Last year I didn't watch one minute of the WS, because both the Cubs and Sox lost, I was so pissed.

Just a little humor, don't everyone flame me at once. Since the rest of the above post didn't show... Shulamite, you're the most civilized debator I've seen on JU, it's refreshing to read your posts.

As for diplomacy... it doesn't always work. It hasn't got a good record for us. Why not try something new? If you've ever taught high schoolers, you know diplomacy only works for so long before you HAVE to strong-arm things[\quote] I don't think W gave diplomacy much of a chance at all. More of a chance was given in Afghanistan, our original goal, than was given in Iraq (which I still fail to see the connection as to why we occupied Iraq). <br

That's terrible. An accident with the worst possible result. I can't say he was an idiot for screwing up the pedals, I've done that a good three times in the two months I've had my license. Very scary in tight places, and obviously very scary to him as well.

Zoo, you get my vote, with Donavan for VP! I couldn't agree more with your wording towards the end, "Saddam's a nice catch but I think we were fishing for someone else." Politics will be the end of me. I've already turned my blog into a formidable battleground. Just over 3 weeks left, we can make it damn it!

thatoneguyinslc, you're darn right it is! It's all I listen to anymore. hitparade, only confirming my assumption that you are impotent.

I believe it, zoo, driving makes me sleepy as well. A scary thought to think I MUST talk to you if I ride with you, but if it keeps me alive, damn it I'll talk.

MNFisherman, school for me is 11th grade, sorry for not elaborating and in turn, bursting your bubble. Muggaz, I thank you for your kind words. Although stated humbly, I mean it sincerely. alan, yes I do believe I have. And Patriot Flamethrower, you can now take your one man "patriot party" and blacklist your butt the hell out of my blog. I've seen what you had to say on other threads and frankly, I won't have it on any of mi

Lizard: If you are new around here, Draginol is the creator of JoeUser and Stardock Corporation, also known as Brad Wardell. Just a little FYI before you feel like revolting. Grim: I'm for a two hour anarchy worldwide. That could take care of a few grudges. Not to mention that's the LONGEST anarchy could last lol. d3adz0mbie (surely a l33t speak aficionado): I feel I speak for all of my readers (all 3 of them) when I saw we are all re

Here we see the true blogger, leafing through the internet, and linking unconsciously. I'm sure that article has a grand depiction of the mainstream media bias. Advertisements for "I (heart) W" stickers (I assume that's what they were), Ann Coulter's new book, 3 conservative books for $1. Not biased in the least, I'm sure.

(Author's note: This article was intended to be an opinion article about the new Green Day album, but became an opinion article of another kind) That about says it all, american idiot. This website is driving me so far out of my mind. I'm a fish in a sea of sharks, I feel like a "closet queer" honestly, here and where I live, being a democrat on JU and in rur
