The Plus version has tabbed docks, multiple docks, and an assortment of other stuff. I'd recommend installing Windowblinds, since that'll give the most noticeable change (will skin the taskbar, window frames, dialogs, everything).

Another addendum to a new improved colorize section (equivalent to that of WB): the ability to select "none" again in the color drop down and an option to apply the same color to ALL tabs at once instead of having to do them individually. This can be really tedious, especially when they're all custom colors and you have to go in and edit the RGB values for every tab.
