Anyone else notice that if one of your dock items points to a folder, you can hold your left mouse button over the item and get the contents? I just discovered this yesterday, totally by accident, and I think it pretty darn nifty.

I've done that for the default sub-style. This arrow is for non-english users. Since "All Programs" is in different languages, it pushes the "arrow" over.

Anyone know how to kill the mouseover color for the All Programs menu? I thought that I masked it by changing the background highlight color to match the green but some users are still getting things like this: Any help is much appreciated.
