My last game just posted raised my rank to Fleet Admiral .. as high a rank as you can get in the metavewrse.. just a case now of building up my bars and score Hey... where did everyone go... Hi, It appears that the original debate on the forum guidelines has been dumped from the forum.. the Galciv forom only holds 10 pages of messages.. and cuttently the last inactive message is 124 days old.. which means that it was last added to over 125 days ago :( So maybe my message was timely.. to make them knowen again.. arghhhhhh..... there was a lot of talk... there are no official written rules.. what i've stated were decided apon when the empires forum got started... They were to make it fair for all... there was a lot of debate about them at the time.. and by general concensus it was agreed upon not to allow dedicated empire talk in the general forum.. as thats why the empires forum was set up to handle.. Unfortunatly that is correct... as Stardock hasn't seen fit to give the epires emperors access to their members email addresses.. If they don't read the forums it doesn't matter how much you post it will not get youi in contact with missing members One option is to make your empire a closed empire and ask people who vwish to join to send you an email.. that way you have a contact email address Only too glad to be able to help
Lost members will also be able to find your empire threads through these messages.... unless they don't want to... which is their right... its up to the players to keep intouch with their empires .. empires can post links etc.. but if the players don't follow them for what ever reason (there are a lot of people who play the game.. evern lots who join empires... and NEVER read the forums...) The thing is that IF and WHEN players are looking into empires then they'll go looking for them.. If you guys are going to be recruiting in the main forum then the pact between empires to recruit in the empires forum only is a farce... I'm extreamly disapointed in your conduct.. cunduct unbecomming an officer and whats worse conduct unbecomming a top rated empire.. Well when I beat a level I increased the hardness to the next level.. till I fwlt confident enough to tackle maso's and the now defunct level suicidal or what ever it was... Now I always play at he hardest level.. I even turn off the minor players so that I can't use them for extra trade / techs etc... I play ALL my games at the maximum number of major AI's in AP Thanks all for your input.. I thought that a maso would negate a beginner game in dificulty terms etc.. as they are
