FWIW, this works quite differently than other (including Stardock) offerings. It creates up to 4 "desktop object", versus either "moving" or "hiding" windows. As a result, there is no way to move windows from one virtual desktop to another. I've been using it for a couple of days and find that it makes an interesting complement to SVD. Also, FWIW, the entire Sysinternals offerings are available as a single download and are quite worthwhile IMHO. <a href="http://download.s

Well it's easy for Biden to have this type of attitude. Has he ever held a regular job? I've always been distrustful of people who devote their career to politics - and when you start out as early as he has, that's all the more reason to be distrustful!

Well, yes and no. From my perspective, refusing to make future Stardock purchases over this issue might be a little bit extreme. If you have enjoyed your past purchases and you anticipate enjoying future purchases, then I'd just chalk it up to "shit happens". That said, I fully agree with not offering up any future assistance in the forums. I don't go where I'm not appreciated. Is andrew_ a paid Stardock employee? Is he 21, or 42? Was he having a bad day? I have no i

The Australian and NYT and the WAPO can publish all the articles they want about the falsity of global warming, and Glenn Beck and Rush Limbaugh can rail against it all they want. It really doesn't mean anything until the theory has been disproven by the scientific method, which if it is, I suspect quite a few people will breathe a sigh of relief! Excuse me?! And I do believe that this is the key flaw in your argument: it is up to the person or pers

Good going Mason. I hate it when someone cannot deal with a reasoned opposition to their point of view. This guy has been obnoxious since the day he arrived here. No loss.

As I am situated in Canada and we are just getting the iPhone for the first time, so there is nothing for me to "upgrade" from. But, yes, I am getting a 3G iPhone! The rates the we Canucks will be paying for our data plans will make most of the rest of the free world either laugh or puke, but that is the price that one has to pay sometimes when you have a regulated communications industry like we do. http://www.rogers.com/web/content/wireless-products/iphone_voice_data_packages<
So I've decided to stay
Hooray for the rest of us!!! Here's a hint that might just help you a little bit as you travel through life - think about your position as it relates to those that surround you - it might just be that you are not always the center of the universe. Guide yourself accordingly.

I hope she stays a while as I think she'll make an interesting barkeep/conversationalist. Hmmm...what's that old expression - In the springtime, a young man's thoughts turn to.... I think I see more in your future than some interesting conversation. :CONGRAT:

There is a hidden meaning in Obama's message. When he says "choose change", he is really saying that change will be the only thing left in your pocket. He will take all of the dollar bills! :SNIFF!:

Hi chikusho, I just fired up Stardock Central and I see Object Edit (version 1.69a[rc].002) there. As far as Object Zip goes, I kind of recall that it was considered a little bit redundant as Windows now has much better native support for zip files in explorer than it used to have. Object Scheduler? I don't remember that one. I guess that I never needed it.
I think software is more like a book than a movie.
That's generally my take on it too. But on the other hand, I do see some opportunity here for software developers to increase their revenue stream while at the same time reducing piracy. MHA makes a reasonable point. Many families have multiple computers but aren't prepared to buy x number of copies of software in order to use it on all of them. Take Microsoft Office for example - whether you run the "Ho
What happened to reply 4 in the forums?

lol, I guess we just don't like #4. I checked about 20 articles, and they all go 1,2,3,5.... Basically what I'm saying is that if you don't wish to buy a player that isn't going to be somewhat obsolete, don't buy a non-PS3 until after the other hardware manufacturers get their Profile 2.0 players to market, and even then you may want to wait until you be assured that such players can go beyond that spec up to any later s
I "get" much more from JU than I give. For pretty much the same reason as you, time. You should go ahead and post. You don't have to be prolific or even right....unless of course you HAVE to be right....then it can take serious time. haha
Nope, I don't have to be right. But I do like to be understood. I figure that if someone doesn't understand my message properly, then I probably haven't delivered as well I could. Which takes time. Hence the problem. I also feel that
