Indeed. AoK, you could make a very good argument that the game is already horrifically imbalanced in many ways prior to Rebellion. With Rebellion, they're adding new -- and hopefully interesting -- features, and giving players the opportunity to provide feedback on them, and help shape -- shape , not dictate ! -- the final form of the game, most notably in terms of balance.
SithLord, he's talking about how you have 3 teirs of +ship HP on the TEC fleet tree, and 2 more of shields, adn 4 tiers of armor (x2 research slots at each teir).
'My experience'? I don't think anyone other than Dev's have SEEN the Vasari loyhalist 'take off' abilities yet!

Possibly because that's only a band-aid on the actual problem that would split the community in two.

I do have it set up that way, and it isn't properly screening. Also, it's using the rather ugly windows-XP taskbar style, rather than the windows 7 icon-based approach. Despite being a tad bit buggy (I think I just needed to reboot, honestly), Actual Multiple Monitors was probably a better piece of software. I just wish SD released such software.
I can't seem to get it to be aware of, and use, the windowblinds scheme I'm using. Any ideas?

Display Fusion appears to be similar to the software I'm already using, which (annoyingly) fails to be aware of windowblinds skinning.
I recently got upgraded my monitor, and rather than completely disconnect the second one, I decided to set myself up with a multiple monitor setup. Unfortunately, the software support for this in windows is less than perfect. I've found some software that does some of what I want (puts a taskbar on the second monitor, and the taskbar only displays the windows open on that monitor), but it isn't perfect, and it's only a 60 day trial. Does SD put out any such software

With Sins of a Solar Empire and Galactic Civilizations the beta testers were more “hard core” and I remember how those betas went (my team of therapists keep trying to get me to “move on”). Suffice to say, by the time we close the beta, MOST users will NOT be happy with it. With Sins and GalCiv, terms like “broken&rd
