note, you first have to create a new folder in the logonstudio folder for the unzipped files to go into.

I simply unzip the file into the logonstudio directory. No problems that way. If I do it the "proper" way, it only works half the time.

Did you just update your shareware version? I seem to recall that some of the beta shareware versions skinned the scrollbars while the final versions didn't.

I'm in the same position as MarkL, it' noticeably faster now. I think the next step that would have the biggest impact on loading time would be to redo the page designs using DIV tags instead of tables. On my own sites that I've converted I've noticed a 40% to 70% decrease in loading time.

It's in the Wallpapers archive somewhere, it's fairly recent (within the past few weeks) so you should able to find it fairly easily. It'll also tell you who did it.
