"It's the same old adage...those with nothing to hide have nothing to fear." How wonderful if that was actually true. The sad truth is that if a corrupt government feel that your perfectly legitimate and lawful thoughts are "dangerous" to their criminal dealings you are considered an "enemy". I believe we all remember "W's" smirk when he repeated the words; "If you are not with us, you are with the terrorists!" *c

Lo Admin Jafo. "Don't assume everyone is young and innocent/ignorant....it's usually a mistake that leads to embarrassment..." Indeed...and my address to kona0197, TexasJoe and Mr XX was created that way since they were not born then and also seem not to remember these things from history class(if they were ever taught about it? I know I never were, I had to research a lot to know what I know today). As for ID checks,

I will make this a combined response to kona0197, TexasJoe and Mr XX in order not to bore anyone to death. Let's start with what the small pack of "white-collar criminals" unfortunately in the government, their cronies in the military- and news-corporations and other places of power can and can't do, will and won't do in order to "increase and secure" their power and personal wealth. Since you are all too young to remember what happen

Thanks for proving my point Bichur And then the horror of how the "tutorials pages" are presented to the viewer is worthy of a thread of it's own (no offence to whomever designed the site, just the obligatory big trout slap for lousy logic <img src="http://imag

And the most nauseating of all these dictatorial diversions? It is that this kind of fascist crap, keeping people scared, frustrated and under the jackboot should not exist at all. The whole 9/11 so called "terror attacks" were not made by any foreign "terrorists". But were orchestrated to make the american people (and the world) tow in line behind the real bandits. That is what the whole world is now slo

Hi CubaRoad I have to agree with what you are saying. The thing is, I believe, that it would not be a super big task to make sure everything would be easier to get to grips with, it would just take a little working on the logic of it all. It's imperative to make things as easy as possible for the end user, no matter if he/she is

Just stumbled across this link and thought people would find it interesting "You may have heard jokes about some old failed Microsoft product called "Bob" or seen that big yellow smily face wearing nerdy glasses, and wondered "what the heck was that all about?". Hmm...this is strange...now Core Calendar doesn't work at all here. Before it worked ok though, correct dates and days. Then it started but was stuck on september 2000 I believe, couldn't see the year. But now it won't even start. I've shut down the ghost version it creates a couple of times with Windows Task Manager but it won't start at all. I even uninstalled DesktopX and reinstalled it but no go... Very strange..<

Hi Stephen and JavaScout! The easiest thing would, in my lil mind, be to change the days order. So it will start with Sunday instead of Saturday. That is the order in the originating calendar widget, "Core Calendar.exe", so I believe that changing the day order back to that things will make the Silica Calendar work correctly. I have no idea how to go about that kinda feat, so I guess that JavaScout is the only

Many thanks JavaScout for your kindness! The calendar now shows the correct information here! Stephen: Did you make sure you checked the radio button named "Selected and Related", when exporting the new calendar? Also, after making the new widget you need to make sure that the old calendar is not loaded when DesktopX starts. So as JavaScout suggests; 1. Unload Desktop X builder by right clic

Stephen! I've found a way to get to that script. Updated! Here's how... 1. Start DesktopX 2. Press "Create" to start the Builder 3. In the popup window press the Desktop tab. 4. Under "Objects" click the "Import.." Button 5. In the popup window that appears select the Widgets radiobox 6. Scroll down to the Silica Calendar widget and double click it. 7. With the ca

Finally someone who know something! w00t! Hi JavaScout! You say "List objects". ?? Where and how do I do that? DX is so userunfriendly that I'm sitting crying in the corner here =~( Stephen, it's the days at the top that are at fault. They start with Saturday when they should start with Sunday. If the weeks start with Sunday the dates will be correct. I've reported this error earlie

You will get excellent results with vitamin-c. Vitamin-C is abudant in Kiwi fruits, Oranges, Lemons etc.. The good thing with vitamin-c is that you can take a double dose of it and not worry about bad side effects, which you have to be careful with when taking other vitamins. Vitamin-C boosts your body's immunosystem making it heal faster and fight intruding bacteria and viruses better. When I feel that a

"I cannot see how the content downloaded from finance.yahoo.com represents a security risk" Those files are not the problem. "How is this a security issue?" As explained in my post above; Having the currency widget set to run at startup of windows blocks IE from flushing the Temporary Internet Files folder. This means that all files that Internet Explorer loads/caches when browsing web pages etc. are not deleted when Internet Explorer is closed.
