hi The Phlash! I have to warn you that IconX is very buggy at the moment. Changing between animation styles completely messes up the look of the icon/s. I would recommend you try out the shareware version extensively before buying it as it is now.

Hi all! What steps should I take to edit the Silica Calendar widget since it is not showing the correct days with correct dates. At the moment the Silica week starts with Saturday and the Core Calendar (where the dates and days are correct) which I believe it has been built on, starts with Sunday. I have tried to find a way to correct the bug/change week start day but it's not very intuitive =~(

Well, skype may be "lame" to someone using a commercial voip solution. But for the rest of us who prefer to have a regular phone and voip solution separated for security reasons skype is a nice tool. Ane anyone with a pc, headset and internet access can use it to talk to people over the net, all over the world. The best thing is you don't even need to have broadband to use skype <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/s

"I tried a system restore (no good)" yeah, system restore only restores the system files back to the last snapshot, it doesn't change any files you have created. the risk is that the system restore messed up lots of the "deleted" files since it replaces lots of files. still crossing all my lil fingers for you

lo dharmagrl! dang that's crappy =~( there is a small chance all is not lost. you may want to try out the free recovery software Wizop Koasati linked to above. I havn't used that particular application but have had luck with other(not free) recovery tools. there is a chance to find the files again because "deleted" files are usually still there, it's just the first character on their names that has been ch

I don't have any Anti Virus software installed. Should I notice that something strange is going on, like Kerio starting to ask questions about odd files, I head over to trendmicro.com and let their online scanner lose on my system. Apart from that, using SpyBot SD and it's protections for IE and the system, and AdAware SE regularly keeps my systems safe and sound. Oh yeah, and emails from addresses I don't

"The U.N. won't even fully cooperate in the oil-for-food investigation." Hang on a little... Are you saying that it was ok for the U.S. government to sell biological weapons to Saddam, but countries trading food for oil so the Iraqi people could survive were doing wrong? When Madeleine Albright said that she thought that over 500.000(!) dead children "was worth it" to keep the trade sanktions against Iraq going, I knew that t
