Dr. Guy: very good point.... I'm e mailing myself everything so I don't forget a detail. Hardin is going to look into the lease tonight. Thanks for the suggestion! To all: Now that I've had a good night's sleep, I feel ten times better!!

Happy Birthday to a fellow user's daughter....I'm not going to reveal who because I'm sure they'll write about it, plus I don't want to points whore off of someone else's blog. Anyways, Happy birthday!
shovelheat: I'm trying to find the silver lining in the soppy wet raincloud!
Dharma: I totally should! I need a break!! If only I didn't have to go to school on monday! As for Hardin pissing me off with not understanding, I would break plates, but that would just add to the mess. Hardin said he's going to look into the lease when he gets home tomorrow. Are you home? I really should give you a call!
The last two days have been rather...well...um...special. Due to monsoon season out here in NY, our apartment has really been suffering. First of all, let me preface the whole story with Hardin is out on the road. For the past 10 days, it has done nothing but rained. I'm not talking about little inchworm rain, I am talking heaping, honking rain. Friday
Ahh!! I want to post, but I can't figure out how to sign out of my blog and into the diet blog!! arggg!!!
I hear ya on the ass jiggles! my thighs are starting to as well! ahh!! DD's..I'm so jealous...hehe.

Mod: Not a problem..I figured it was time to break the surface...hehe HC: glad you've been stopping by. I read your blog quite frequently and I love the stories about your kids!
Wow. I am speechless. I would try and say something, but I don't want to end up sounding like a fool. Irma is in my thoughts.
how do i get the chub story off of my site and onto the dietclub.joeuser.com blog?
Some of you by now have heard my schpeil about weight. Now it's time to officially post it on the diet blog! The chub gene is a heredity trait in my family. I have a large bone structure, and I am Irish Italian, so what do you expect? Definatley not skinny minnies. Growing up, I was always bigger in both height and weight than the other kids. When I was
Hehe...freedom horn...our studio had a joked about that a lot.
Terpfan: It's pretty cool if you are just visiting the hall of fame. To me it became the looming death star in the city..hehe. It reminds me of an oj squeezer. I will have to listen to the tune. Thanks for stopping by!
yay diet blog!!
I'd love to join! sign me up!
Everyone has a story and everyone is entitled to tell theirs. Here's mine: My name is Alison and I am originally from Canton, Ohio. Many of you might have heard of Canton, afterall it is football headquarters, USA. It's a decent sized city, located in Northeast Ohio, about an hour away from Cleveland. Parts of it are filled with lavish, huge houses, while
Haha...the "french" horn...or should I say freedom horn..lol...I just say horn, since that's the true name. I do play around with it every now and then. I gigged quite often when I lived in Ohio, but these days I keep a pretty low profile. I'm lucky if I get to play for 45 minutes a day. One day the practicing for hours on end will come back, just not during this first year of teaching!
I am chubba chubba too! Since the whole being married thing, I have let myself go and I've gained about 10 lbs. A week ago I started a new diet called the DASH diet, which is much like weight watchers and so far I feel so much better about eating in general. I was thinking about keeping my results online as well. Maybe there's some way we can have a diet blog, kind of like the book blog. I wonder how we could start that...hmmmm
I too, am an avid trash reader and thought the same thing. Spears is pulling the publicity card. She wants to give her fans something to think about while she's busy being a white trash mommy. Before you know it, she'll be back and will pose for playboy.
latour: Wow, that sounds like a special situation. It would be a shame if education continued on the downward spiral in BC. I'll keep my fingers crossed for Manitoba! hehe Gid: When I wrote the article, I admit my thoughts were a little scattered because there were so many points I wanted to discuss. I think you hit the nail on the head. It's that certain type of teacher that should have no business being in the classroom.
Beautiful birthday wishes. I'm sorry to hear your mom is no longer with you.
Parated: Holy crap! Since my school is union free, I never realized what exactly defined the teacher's union. I think all teachers should be required to attend meetings, tenured or not. and thank you for your insight! Dharma: I'm glad to hear that there has been calm after the storm with D. It was just one of those ebbs and flows of marraige that I am real
Mine's pretty easy. It's my maiden name. I signed up on ju as a class project, and the teacher needed a way of recognizing that it was obviously me. I'm still Alison, obviously, just with a different last name!
Great article. I never realized you were a musician, and married to one as well! Unfortunatley, other than being a prodigy, or a teacher, the profession doesn't pay worth a darn! I was originally just a music performance major (in horn), but my senior year I had a panic attack that I would be poor forever, so I added on my ed degree. I ended up loving every second of it. It was probably the best decision I ever made (besides marrying my
