StartPanel.ProgList in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I have not been able to get any response to font changes in the XP Start Panel, menu items. The color changes come through just fine but the font settings don't make it react at all. I am beginning to think that the font information is coming from somewhere outside of startpanel.proglist even though the parameters are allowed in there. The StartPanel.MorePrograms section works excatly as expected BTW. Any thoughts or suggestions? </font

Why is SkinStudio excluded from skinning? in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

SS seems to get more and more out of sync (buttons drop out of sight, app won't shrink to sizable state, maximized state puts right side of window off the screen or up under the top or both) as I work with successive skins. Windowblinds came downloaded with SS excluded from skinning. I was thinking that it couldn't be much worse and maybe a little better if I let it be skinned. Anyone know 1.Why it is excluded 2. Full .UIS in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Does anyone know of a .UIS file that has all the possible parameter possibilites in it? The Specification generated by SkinStudio is nearly useless for finding what is possible as it is all collapsed and I have not found a way to "expand all" so that it could be searched with ctl-F. Kinda like a bank...they'll only lend you money if you have enough to not need it! </f

Info on 'Layout Presets' in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

All of the parameters are designated as "unspecified" and there isn't anywhere, that I know of, that their use is described. I realize that the number of things in WB that fall into that category is pretty long but these items seem completely unmentioned. Any help would be appreciated. I am struggling with Menu Title/Toolbar text manipulation and spacing as well as bar sizing! Thought these things might help but don't know where they can be used or wha

Nope, not the All Programs set. I find that there can be 3 different fonts/colors in the XP Start Menu. 1. 'All Programs', 2. 'Places', 3. 'Programs' (the left panel when first opened). I have been able to manipulate 'Places' and 'All Programs' but not this 'Programs' (left panel). Clear as mud? TIA

Diawa, this is great! The menu bar seems to be the most cantancerous of all. You seem to have this text stuff well in hand. Can you tell me what parameter determines the Programs side ot the XP start menu (not Places or Other Programs)? Can you tell me how to make Tabs bigger? Thanks again...the menu bar has been making me crazy!

Thanks Wizop. I have tried the parameter you indicate and see no effect at all. I will try to figure out why. On item 3., I have seen different skins with different sized menu bars so I know the height has to get changed in SOME manner. Could it be that a larger bitmap "pushes" the bar to greater height? 1. I don't seem to find any documentation on setting the font of a Menu TITLE (not pulldown) font. Can this be done? 2. Same with space between menu title items. 3. Same with menu title bar height. 4. Does anyone know of a way to get the generated SkinStudio "help" tree to expand completely so that it can be searched with control 'F'? 5. Can't seem to get the IconTheme= paremeter to work in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

I can't seem to get the IconTheme=myblindfolder\myicontheme.zip to actually load a theme. 'Analize" produces no errors so I know the .uis sees the file. Inside the .zip is an .icl and an .ip (I have also tried .iptheme Any ideas would be appreciated. I looked at the WB confige stuff and didn't see any switch to prevent loading and this doesn't work on the couple of themes I have that already had the parameter in the .uis. Is there some other
