I've been appreciative of ANY health care I've ever had. Because like you, I've been to the place where I don't have any. I was thankful when MinnesotaCare covered my surgery to remove my ovarian cyst and endometriosis. I was doubly thankful when the MinneosotaCare co-pay for my birth control for those ovarian cysts was only $3 per month. Teachers might grump and groan about their health care...but I have some damn good insurance. I have a

Did you TAKE a picture of the surgery site? I would find that most disturbing. Happy new year.
It's so hard to "follow the rulebook" in an emergency. I remember taking all those first aid and CPR courses (I think I need to get that renewed here...hmmmmm). The general person in America isn't a professional healthcare worker, and the general person in America doesn't deal with life or death situations every day. Anyway...the paramedic that taught the CPR course for my class basically told us that we wouldn't remember EXACTLY what to do
ROFL...I've also put dish soap in the dishwasher...oopies! Another one of my kitchen blunders: Company had just pulled into our driveway and I had exactly 30 seconds to "get rid of" the dirty dishes in the sink before they came in. Being the genius I am, I shoved them all in the oven. Fast Forward to later that night: I decide to make myself a supper of french fries.
Glad everything went well...happy anniversary, too!
We'll be praying for you and Amanda! Isn't it interesting what God gives to us sometimes? Christmas in the states...nice, eh?
I don't think that even if you're out of shape that it would be *that* high. I mean...I'm a tub and mine's usually between 75-85. And it was 64 when I was at the dr. on Tuesday. Can you do any walking or anything? Not heavy cardio stuff...just a walk? If there's something wrong with the electrics of your heart, exercise isn't going to help... I don't know babe...but know that I'll be thinking of you and sending good vibes your way
Lets just hope she doesnt knock the water over on day one, or choke on her collar (or anything else) and for gods sake lets hope nothing catches fire or she gets sick with no one there to notice. Those are things that could happen in a twenty minute run to the store, or an 8 hour work day, JUST as easily. Are we animal abusers because we go to w
Are you guys attending church? You might find someone in the church who will watch them, especially if there's a couple bucks in the pot. Just a thought. We'd thought of that, too, last night...we just don't have the few bucks to give anyone right now.
Anyone who "forgets" that he has a pet that needs to be arranged for is not responsible enough to own a pet. That's just my opinion, of course, and I can't say it hasnt been influenced by other grotesque examples of Ziggy's immaturity and self-centeredness. This is easy for you to say, because the only
Ry...can you call your mom and tell her we're not coming till tomorrow?
With all due respect, he was asking for advice, not a snide response. It was a simple question: Do you think it's okay to leave the cat alone for three days? We're new at the pet thing, and we know that lots of people here have had pets for a lot longer than we have. We also cannot afford a kennel at this point in time. It was a simple question, and all it required was a simple answer.
I think as people of faith, it's hard to...hmmmm...be approachable and welcoming to people who are homosexual, you know? Deep down in my heart, and written down in the Bible, I know that homosexuality is wrong. But I don't know where homosexuality comes "from" you know? And I don't think that monogamous homosexual couples should be denied the same legal rights that heterosexual married couples enjoy--health and life insurance benefits, tax b
A miniature picture of his asshole? I think it's probably that exact size...because the shit is backed up to his brain. What a fucktard.
Amen Dave...Amen!
I don't much appreciate her, but dude, this is absolutely, positively retarded. Do you REALLY have nothing better to do?
Wow! I think that's pretty darn good! Consider yourself talented!
lol...you're a whiz with words, d. Now you know how women feel having to have their parts gyno-handled every year--not to mention having metal contraptions shoved up them and giant lollipop sized q-tips shoved up there, too... Ohhh...but then it's time for the penis-shaped vaginal ultrasound--gotta slap the condom on that puppy and then its time to go to town...*shudders* Blech! Vasectomies must just be a part of God's redem
ROFL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG...that's too funny. What did Shea think about the whole ordeal? lol If it's any consolation, when I was younger I was digging through my dad's dresser and found a pair of underwear way in the back that had like a cowboy's holster with a gun and a badge on it...BLECH. But that's not nearly as bad as the marabou banana-hammock.
Don't judges sometimes just require payment of a fine and AA meetings? I don't know...
I did not want to copy your whole response marcie. But I grew up in an honest hard working home, no drugs very little boooze and I grew into a monster. Yeah...sorry about that, mod. I didn't mean to go off on a tirade. With these kinds of issues, there's never a "blanket statement" that's go
There used to be a quick and easy way for people to deal with rude behavior in public. A quick slap in the face by the nearest lady reminded the oaf of his or her place. Of course, in today's society we are much to advanced for that... we frown on the age old method of correction and demand laws to be passed. P
BA in Elementary Education from Concordia University. Which, according to most, amounts to crap.
So, Jamie how would you explain the hereditary nature of alcoholism? I'm going to look at this from a strictly theological standpoint here. For *ME* it comes down to generational sin. Patterns tend to repeat themselves. Was your mom a teenager when she had you? Then YOU'RE more likely to be a teenage
Mason...isn't it absolutely CRAZY what can happen in only 365 days? 1999 was a year like that for me, and I have a feeling that the next 365 days will bring about monumental change in my life as well. Isn't life nuts like that? I think you need to take some time to reflect on your own strength. While some people would still be very limited, you took it upon yourself to get up, get moving, and live again. Be proud of yourself and your accom
