Marijuana has an adictive ingredient in it. It's false to say that it's not adictive. It contains 10 times the amount of nicotine than a cigarette. I started smoking pot, then went on smoking cigarettes. A lot of people do the same. There are very few occasional pot smokers who don't get hooked on the nicotine. Most likely what you saw were not screenshots of the regular Windows taskbar but screenshots of ObjectBar or DesktopX, or something like that that replaces the regular taskbar.
